- 200g cashews (soaked 6 hours)

1 clove garlic - 1 lemon squeezed
- fresh basil leaves

fresh rocket leaves - 3 tablespoons extra olive
- 2 teaspoons rice unpasteurized miso
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt aromatic vegetables
After soaked cashews blend (small mixer or immersion blender) all ingredients adding lemon juice if it is too compact, the best result is a very dense and spreadable cream. If allowed to stand in the refrigerator tends to become more compact. Also good to dissolve in dishes cooked cereal.
