Cave Behind Bill's House

maple syrup and mint jelly

This image reminds us of everything but of something to eat, maybe a food that comes from the fictional space, a snack or Martian AL9000 lunch!? Instead I have to disappoint you because it's one of my usual odd-shaped jellies, as usual, the basic recipe is always more or less the same but the taste varies.

At home: " but who knows ... maybe this time he made up claims that we may eat well ... " patience is a misunderstood art is art! Seriously it is a very nice jelly and I found that the mint with the maple syrup is very pleasant and is almost exalted.

500ml of gelatin:

-

400ml water - 2 teaspoons of agar agar powder abundant
- 8 tablespoons of maple syrup grade C
- a bag of mint tea or teaspoon dried mint
- 100ml of grape juice

Boil water and allow the mint infusion for 5min. Add the agar agar little at a time, stirring well, pour maple syrup and grape juice. Boil for 2 minutes and pour into a container that will form. Among cool for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator will become more compact and pleasantly cool.
