How To Write A Community Service Letter Court

What fruit the Banana! It seems to have been invented to please man! The form is perfect, there's the fruit easier to peel, it's perfectly anatomical, there gets his hands dirty magiando and then to make matters worse no nuts or seeds to spit. Some will surely think of something else! The smell and taste like sweet at all, or nearly so, very good by itself but for the most demanding and sophisticated can be coupled with several other fruits, herbs or spices, the more you put it.
After this eulogy to Banana I can say that personally I find it a very good fruit and often came back from the gym I can not do without a smoothie made with banana cream, sometimes with cinnamon, sometimes with cocoa beans ...
This recipe is not intended to enhance the excellent work of mother nature, but to propose a very tasty dessert that satisfies special occasions or as a diversion for breakfast or snacks.

For 3 puddings:

- 3 ripe bananas, preferably organic
- 4 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 250 ml almond milk (less than full-bodied but a good result even with water)
- 2 teaspoon of agar agar powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a little pinch of salt
- cocoa powder, raw cocoa beans or better
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Blend well the bananas with coconut milk diluted with almond or plain water for a simpler version. Add cinnamon, pinch of salt and make a very creamy and smooth the mixture, if you want you can add maple syrup although for me it is already to be very sweet if the bananas are ripe. Pour one quarter of the smoothie into a saucepan and melt agar agar and bring to boil for 3min. Join the two parts of shake and stir well, pour into pudding bowls and chill for 2 hours. Serve dusted with cinnamon, cocoa beans or cocoa. Success is guaranteed!
