Invitation Wording For Vip

Cucumber and wakame

This salad is an incredible source of nutrients and minerals to help profits in periods when the heat is more annoying. Most mineral supplements are useless or harmful, the companies advertise these products as remedies for exhaustion and fatigue, are really only foreign substances that the body must eliminate. Diet that includes fruits and vegetables is more than enough, plums, grapes, kiwis and bananas for example are a good source of potassium in fruit. Large quantities of minerals are also found in oilseeds such as pine nuts, fresh walnuts and almonds. Algae and tomatoes are rich in minerals and served with a salad like this hulled hemp seeds is a real bomb in nutrients!
And 'one of my many impromptu salads in 10 minutes, I used what came to hand. Tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, wakame seaweed and olive oil for extra flavor, hemp seeds and a little lemon juice. The algae must be soaked for at least 30 minutes and should marinate a few hours in soy sauce and vinegar, I usually prepare a good amount and preservation in the refrigerator for qulache day, the algae as they soften and eventually guadagnado an exceptional flavor. The ideal would be to cut the vegetables evenly and sprinkle with salt to soften zucchini and carrots. After 10 min, remove excess water and seasoned as most pleases with oil and some oil seed, a splash of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar or lemon flavor complement. Oregano is a must!

How To Write A Community Service Letter Court

What fruit the Banana! It seems to have been invented to please man! The form is perfect, there's the fruit easier to peel, it's perfectly anatomical, there gets his hands dirty magiando and then to make matters worse no nuts or seeds to spit. Some will surely think of something else! The smell and taste like sweet at all, or nearly so, very good by itself but for the most demanding and sophisticated can be coupled with several other fruits, herbs or spices, the more you put it.
After this eulogy to Banana I can say that personally I find it a very good fruit and often came back from the gym I can not do without a smoothie made with banana cream, sometimes with cinnamon, sometimes with cocoa beans ...
This recipe is not intended to enhance the excellent work of mother nature, but to propose a very tasty dessert that satisfies special occasions or as a diversion for breakfast or snacks.

For 3 puddings:

- 3 ripe bananas, preferably organic
- 4 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 250 ml almond milk (less than full-bodied but a good result even with water)
- 2 teaspoon of agar agar powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a little pinch of salt
- cocoa powder, raw cocoa beans or better
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Blend well the bananas with coconut milk diluted with almond or plain water for a simpler version. Add cinnamon, pinch of salt and make a very creamy and smooth the mixture, if you want you can add maple syrup although for me it is already to be very sweet if the bananas are ripe. Pour one quarter of the smoothie into a saucepan and melt agar agar and bring to boil for 3min. Join the two parts of shake and stir well, pour into pudding bowls and chill for 2 hours. Serve dusted with cinnamon, cocoa beans or cocoa. Success is guaranteed!
