FdS Regional Group: ex internalized "Anni Verdi"
The directors of the Federation of Regional Left Ivano Peduzzi and Fabio Nobile February 3, 2011 have submitted a question to President Polverini, as Councillor of Health. They wonder if it is not considered appropriate to return to direct management by the competent local ASL Services "former Green Years", now paid by the Consortium Ri.Rei. This internalisation would not in fact any increase in costs but a reduction. They also ask how you can feel the expectation of the definitive management of the Consortium Ri.Rei. in the absence of competitive tendering, bypassing the current European legislation.
The regional group of the FDS and came to this determination when considering that the region has entrusted the management of the centers in 2006 ONLUS "Anni Verdi" Ri.Rei the Consortium have been many reports by parents' associations on its shortcomings. Severe and repeated delays in payment of outstanding work, and broken promises. After more than four years, managing a consortium incompetent and lacking in economic resources has been a failure.
Families and workers are not intimidated by threats from the Consortium and have long asked the ASL a true act of control on it, to ensure appropriate levels of care and treatment for patients.
Following a meeting held January 21, 2009 between Vice-President of the Executive Montino and a large delegation of workers and family members, however, the region had approved the January 29, 2010 to instruct the ASL determination of the actual performance of the services provided by the Consortium and to authorize the competent Regional Directorate to carry out in favor of a different subject.
